A power-hungry juvenile detention center director becomes morally compromised when she is forced to utilize the city’s most powerful and nefarious criminal to keep the detention center funded, but when the demands escalate, the lives of her staff and the detainees are pulled into the violent crossfire and she must decide how far she’s willing to go to save the place and lives she swore to protect.
